Arrival and Dismissal Procedure

School begins at 8:20 a.m. - Your child should be on campus at 8:15 a.m. when the bell rings.  Students are requested to time their departure from home to arrive at school between 7:50 a.m. and 8:10 a.m.  The playground is not supervised until 8:00 a.m.  Students are expected to leave the school campus at dismissal.  Please understand there is no supervision for students after school except for those students enrolled in the Village Center Program. 

 

We ask that our families wait outside of the school gates when dropping off their children in the morning or when waiting for their children to be dismissed each day.  Upon entering the campus for any reason, all adults must sign in at the office and receive a Visitor's Badge. 

 

Our school is a very busy place when school begins and lets out each day. The safest procedure is for you to  arrive a few minutes early, park you car, and walk your children to or from the school buildings.  In grades 1 - 5 you can meet your child in front of the school to the north of the main entrance on the grassy area. Kindergarten students can be picked up towards the south west gates. You may also use the drop off zone and pick up zone.  Please refer to the parent handbook on the procedures for this area. 
 
Please be respectful and do not double park. Please do not ask your children to cross the street.
