We are so proud to partner with LA’s own Center Theatre Group and Disney Musicals in Schools to bring big shows to the stage. We were one of only five schools chosen to receive the Disney Musicals in Schools Grant.
We are so proud to partner with LA’s own Center Theatre Group and Disney Musicals in Schools to bring big shows to the stage. We were one of only five schools chosen to receive the Disney Musicals in Schools Grant.
Our students have put on Disney’s Jungle Book, Aladdin Kids, Lion King Kids, and are working on Cinderella Kids right here in our own Wild Rose theater. We can’t wait to be back in-person so that our kids can show off their star power again on-stage!
Our students even got to perform on the stage at The Ahmanson for the Student Share for Disney Musicals in Schools. It is amazing what a cast of fifty students and our strong teaching team of artists can create. We even have a backstage crew of students learning about sound and lighting.
With funds from Donors Choose and Arcadia Methodist Church, we have been able to upgrade our lighting and sound system and transform our cafeteria into a theater.
