Principal Leslie Miller said Vela shows kindness and respects to every person at Wild Rose and, because of this, has become a prominent figure at the school.
“Carlos has been at Wild Rose for three years now and is always seeking new opportunities to become more involved at our school,” Miller said. “He is a role model, a friend, and a supporter to our family at Wild Rose.”
